Next, our solutions engineers step in. They will present initial solution ideas, answer your technical, architectural, and operational questions, and walk through how 3forge can support your specific use cases. This collaborative session helps validate fit and build a clear path forward.
If there's mutual interest in moving forward, we enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to safeguard information sharing. At this stage, we also outline preliminary licensing models and pricing structures to ensure clarity before deeper engagement.
Together, we identify your most critical or complex challenge. Over a free two-week proof of concept (POC), we demonstrate how 3forge directly addresses your needs—solving real problems in your environment and proving the platform's value under real-world conditions.
If the POC successfully addresses your toughest challenge and you're ready to proceed, we finalize the licensing agreement and scope. From there, you'll have access to a scalable, enterprise-grade platform ready to support expansion across use cases as your needs grow.
